9.84 DSHIFTR — Combined right shift

Description:
DSHIFTR(I, J, SHIFT) combines bits of I and J. The leftmost SHIFT bits of the result are the rightmost SHIFT bits of I, and the remaining bits are the leftmost bits of J.
